Guide 03 · Auris AI

Talk through what is hard today.

Ask Auris a question between practices. It can help you work through a reaction, choose a relevant skill or set up sound support.

Start with the moment.

On Today, open Ask Auris and say what is happening: “I keep checking the sound,” “I am worried about sleep,” or “Help me choose a sound.” Auris uses your current programme context to keep the response relevant. It may suggest a short practice or use a supported control such as playing a sound or setting a timer.

Use voice for a focused check-in.

Open voice when talking is easier than typing. The free start includes one short introduction of up to 3 minutes. Auris Premium includes 12 focused voice check-ins of up to 10 minutes each across the programme.

Voice and text support use Auris’s tinnitus-focused guidance. A voice session ends when you close it; it does not continue listening in the background.

Choose what carries forward.

With memory on, Auris can keep small, useful details such as a goal, trigger or strategy that helped. It does not make your entire raw chat history long-term memory. In settings, you can turn memory off or clear remembered facts.

Know what stays free.

The seven-day free start includes a bounded allowance of Auris text replies and a voice introduction. Premium continues Auris text support with fair-use safeguards. Local sound, Week 1 and essential safety guidance remain available without Premium.

If you describe an urgent symptom, Auris prioritizes appropriate safety guidance before ordinary AI support.

Give the conversation a direction.

Use Your path for a guided practice, then return to Auris when a specific moment needs support.
