Practise at a pace you can keep.
Auris has a 12-week CBT path. Each week gives one focus and four short practice days. There is no streak to protect.
Begin on Today.
Check in with how tinnitus feels right now. Your path shows the next practice day and the week you are working through. The first Auris Impact Check-in records your starting point so later check-ins can show your own trend.
Work through one practice day.
The four days build on one another: understand, practise, use it, and keep it. Each day explains why the exercise matters, guides you through a short practice, and gives you a way to use it in daily life. Start each step when you are ready. You can pause, finish a step early, leave for now, or repeat a day.
Four recorded practice days open the next week. Weeks 2–12 are part of Auris Premium; Week 1 stays free.
Choose a session for today’s need.
Guided sessions offer shorter, independent practices for worry, sleep, attention and difficult days. They do not mark a programme day complete.
Look for change over time.
The Auris Impact Check-in repeats at baseline, week 6 and week 12. It tracks the effect of tinnitus on your own day-to-day life. It is not a diagnosis or a comparison with other people.
The aim is less distress and interference. A difficult day does not erase the work you have done.
Sound can sit beside the practice.
Use it when you want a comfortable background, or continue without it.
